PREPREG SHEET WITH PROTECTIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prepreg sheet with a protective film in which a protective film is stuck fast to the prepreg sheet in proper adhesion and which has excellent releasability in release of a protective film and has high dimensional stability and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The prepreg sheet with a protective film is obtained by sticking a protective film to one side or both sides of a prepreg sheet and laminating them. The prepreg sheet is obtained by impregnating or coating a sheetlike substrate with an epoxy resin composition comprising at least a dicyclopentadiene type epoxy resin and/or a naphthalene type epoxy resin and an inorganic flame retardant, drying and semicuring the epoxy resin composition. The protective film is PET or PEN and the adhesion between the prepreg sheet and the protective film is 0.01-0.5N/cm in 180°peel strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
