PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galenical powder-containing tablet having such strength as not to cause abrasion, nor breakage, when packaged and transported, small-sized, and containing a galenical powder in a high concentration. SOLUTION: This galenical powder-containing tablet is obtained by adding/mixing a powder into a galenical powder-containing granulated material into a powder, and then subjecting the mixture to compression molding (tableting), so that the tablet having a content of the galenical powder of≥50 mass % based on a total amount of the tablet is obtained, wherein the galenical powder-containing granulated material is obtained by subjecting a mixed powder which contains the galenical powder and light anhydrous silicic acid having an average particle size of≤0.05μm in an amount of 0.001-0.2 pt.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the galenical powder to wet granulation and the powder contains light anhydrous silicic acid having an average particle size of≥0.5μm and a specific surface area of≥100 m<SP>2</SP>/g in an amount of 0.001-0.2 pt.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the galenical powder.
