PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation that increases targeting efficiency and taking in efficiency of nucleic acid in the liver in vivo. SOLUTION: The preparation for liver delivery comprises a polyion complex formed from a nucleic acid and a cationized pullulan derivative and has 10-27% cationization rate of the cationized pullulan derivative.
