PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a bumper face applicable to both of an installed vehicle installing an under-spoiler and a non-installed vehicle not installing the under-spoiler. SOLUTION: In this fastening structure of the bumper face, a spacer part 40 is provided on a lower surface of a horizontal part 39 of an under-cover 23, a through hole 41 capable of inserting a clip 25 in it is provided in the center of the spacer part 40, the spacer part 40 is interposed between the horizontal part 39 and a lower end part 18, the clip 25 inserted into the through hole 41 is inserted into a mounting hole 42 of the lower end part 18 to fasten the horizontal part 39 and the lower end part 18 and form the clearance 43, a mounting piece 27 of the under-spoiler 21 is stored in the clearance 43 and the spacer part 40 is fitted into a fitting hole 44 of the mounting piece 27 to hold the mounting piece 27 in a clearance 43.
