PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat angle control device for an electric blind capable of controlling the rotation angle of a slat according to solar incidence to the blind installed at an inclined window or a skylight. SOLUTION: The slat angle control device for the electric blind outputting a control signal for controlling the rotation angle of the slat of the electric blind, is provided with an altitude/azimuth information acquisition means 40 for acquiring altitude information showing solar altitude to a mounting surface of the electric blind according to a date and time, and a slat rotation angle computing means 42 for computing the rotation angle of the slat from solar altitude information from the altitude/azimuth information acquisition means 40. The slat rotation angle computing means 42 computes the rotation angle of the slat to rotate the slat in a rotating direction coinciding with a change of solar altitude which varies with time, to reverse the slat in an opposite direction to the rotating direction when reaching a certain reference angle, and to rotate the slat again in the rotating direction after reversing it.
