PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna device by which users can comfortably spend time in a sauna object room 103 without feeling droplets by humidifying and heating the sauna object room 103 with microdroplets without accompanying the feeling of droplets, and at the same time, the visual fields of users are not interrupted by a mist, and images and reading can be enjoyed in the sauna object room 103. SOLUTION: This sauna device is equipped with a first circulating means 1 and a second circulating means 2 which circulate air of the sauna object room 103, an air heating means 107 which heats supply air, and a water crushing means 3 which crushes the supply water into microdroplets. The sauna object room 103 is heated by heating the air of the sauna object room 103 circulated by the first circulating means 1 by the air heating means 107, and at the same time, the air of the sauna object room 103 circulated by the second circulating means 2 is made to contain microdroplets generated by the water crushing means 3.
