PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing practice device with which a user can bodily feel the track of his/her own swing arc and adjust the swing arc. SOLUTION: The swing practice device 10, with which the user can bodily feel the track of his/her own swing arc at the time of swinging a golf club 90, is provided with: a neck side fixing member 20 which can be fixed around the neck of a swing practicing person 100 who performs swinging; a swing center positioning member 30 attached to a cord-like part in the neck side fixing member 20 and provided with a structure capable of positioning the roughly center part in the width direction of the neck of the swing practicing person; a golf club side fixing member 40 formed so as to be fixed to the grip 91 of the golf club 90; a variable cord member 50 for connecting the golf club side fixing member 40 and the swing center positioning member 30; a tension fixing function member 60 provided on the swing center positioning member 30 for fixing the tension of the variable cord member 50 at the time of swing set of the swing practicing person; and a detecting function member capable of detecting the change of the length in the case of setting a specified length of the variable cord member 50.
