PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device and a cooker for easily sticking a waterproof sheet and easily securing the adhesion area of the waterproof sheet even in the case of intensively arranging many switch buttons. SOLUTION: In the switch device, opening parts 11-16 are provided on the outer surface of a body member 3 with built-in switches 5a-5f, the waterproof sheet 17 for watertightly covering the opening parts 11-16 is adhered to the outer surface of the body member 3, the switch buttons 18-25 for operating the switches 5a-5f through the opening parts 11-16 are disposed on the outer side of the waterproof sheet 17, and an operation panel 27 for exposing the switch buttons 18-25 from button holes 28-35 is mounted on the outer surface of the body member 3.
