<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for providing a structured document without preliminarily registering a user or terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A document distributing device 2 is provided with: a structured document storing means 22 for storing structured document data constituted of attribute data including at least either information related with the use configurations of document data corresponding to the use right information of the document data, or the quality information of the document data corresponding to the use right information of the document data and the document data; and a structured document retrieving means 21 for retrieving the structured document storing means 22 on the basis of the attribute data acquired from a user terminal 3. The user terminal 3 is provided with a use right deciding means 33 for deciding whether to own the use right corresponding to the information related with the use right of the document data.
