<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch tool for easily carrying out stretching exercise of the extensor muscle by lifting one's back in an easy attitude of facing upward. <P>SOLUTION: A press up plate 3 is formed into a form which can press up one point in the longitudinal direction of the backbone of a person. Swinging shafts 5 are arranged at both of the edge parts of the plate 3 inserting a back-fitting surface 30. Each arm 7 is formed in a shape like a claw so as to lift a fitting side to the swinging shaft 5 when pressing a free end side downward. Regarding the stretch tool 1, by fitting the plate 3 to the backbone of the back of the user and pressing the free ends of the arms 7 downward with his/her arm upper parts, his/her back can be lifted. Consequently, it is possible to easily carry out stretching exercise of the extensor muscle by lifting one's back in the easy attitude of facing upward by using the stretch tool 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
