<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which the fuel cell and the reforming device are not damaged even if power failure of the external power supply or sudden voltage drop has happened, and to provide an operation method of the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises a reforming device 10 which generates a fuel gas g rich in hydrogen by introducing a raw material fuel m, a fuel cell 20 which generates power by electrochemical reaction by introducing the fuel gas g, and a nonvolatile memory 30 which stores the operating status of the reforming device 10 and the fuel cell 20, and has a control device which memorizes the state of the fuel cell system 1 immediately before stoppage of power supply to the fuel cell system 1 and resumes operation of the fuel cell system 1 from the state immediately before stoppage of power supply, when supply of power once stopped is resumed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
