<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generator where whether there is a deviation between the quantity of a water stream recognized to be fed to a modifier by a controller and the quantity of a water stream actually fed to the modifier or not is discriminated, and, in the case there is a deviation, that can be reduced, and to provide a fuel cell power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: In the hydrogen generator, a pressure measuring means 8 for measuring the pressure in a modifier 6 or a hydrogen concentration measuring means 20 for measuring the concentration of hydrogen in hydrogen-enriched gas generated by the modifier 6 are provided, and, with the fact that the measured value of the pressure or the concentration in hydrogen lies within an allowable range or not as a discrimination standard, a controller 12 discriminates whether there is a deviation between the quantity of a water stream recognized to be fed to the modifier 6 and the quantity of a water stream actually fed to the modifier 6 or not. In the case it is discriminated that a deviation is present, the controller 12 regulates the quantity of a water stream in such a manner that the measured value of the pressure or the concentration in hydrogen lies in the allowable range, and, based on the regulated result, reduces the deviation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
