<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of effectively manufacturing a film-electrode complex for a tube-shaped fuel cell which can effectively collect electric power generated by power generation reaction with good precision. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the film-electrode complex for the tube-shaped fuel cell comprises at least a process of forming an inside catalyst electrode precursor layer on a hollow material 2, of which an inside is made of metal, by applying catalyst electrode forming liquid thereon; a process of forming a porous electrolyte precursor layer by applying fused glass 8 on the inside catalyst electrode precursor layer; a process of turning a lamination body formed by laminating above layers on the hollow material 2, of which an inside is made of metal, into a porous electrolyte layer by baking it and applying acid-treatment 9 thereon; a process of forming an outside catalyst electrode precursor layer by applying catalyst electrode forming liquid 7 on the lamination body after baking/acid treatment process; a process of forming the hollow material 2, of which the inside is made of metal, on the outside catalyst electrode precursor layer; and a process of depositing platinum turning the outside and inside catalyst electrode precursor layers into a catalyst electrode layer by depositing platinum therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
