PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a download time for a Web server encountered on a user's operation base in an automatic transaction system communicating with the Web server in accordance with the user's operation for an automatic transaction.

SOLUTION: An automatic service apparatus involves: dividing the picture frame 121 of a browser 120 in the automatic service apparatus 1 into a frame for a transaction picture 121a and a frame for an applet residence 121b; burying the whole applets in the picture content 122 of the Web server 100 in starting up the apparatus 1; downloading the whole applets on the frame for the applet residence 121b of the browser 120; in the subsequent Web communication, burying a method-calling script of the applets in a picture content; calling the method of the applets in the frame for the residence; and applying operation control to IO (Input/Output) units 10-50.
