<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database for individual concrete set orders of medication, clinical examination and the like, and a system for constructing the database. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a server device S having order files F<SB>1</SB>to F<SB>n</SB>recording concrete order contents by medical treatment items and medical chart files C of individual patients. A doctor operates a terminal machine T to form a series of set orders while referring to the medical chart files C of the server device S, and registers it to a set order file Q of the server device S.
