<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system which can avoid a logical reversion, an oscillation, etc. by a crosstalk or a ground bounce generated under the weak state (as occurs between a GND and an impedance) of a GND used as common. <P>SOLUTION: The data transfer system includes regions of a transmission side region and a reception side region. The system has a regulation clock control means, a synchronous data latch, and a regulation clock data latch in a transmission side region. Further, the system has a regulation clock control means, and a synchronous clock data latch in a reception side region.
