PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter realizing low current consumption, high speed temperature correction, and small circuitry in which variation can be corrected. SOLUTION: A signal from a reference signal generator is connected with a reference filter and a phase comparator, its results are decoded and stored in a register, and regulation filtering is carried out with that register data. A temperature detector decodes the temperature at the initial stage of regulation and the temperature variation at the time of reregulation. Since temperature variation is corrected quickly with register data in the initial stage, a small filter of low consumption and high performance can be provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
