PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of providing different services to each of users while ensuring an interface independently of the services between a service apparatus and a platform apparatus. SOLUTION: A service providing platform system is configured such that a platform apparatus distributes packets transmitted from a user terminal to any of a plurality of the service apparatuses via a service network, the service apparatus applies service processing to the packets received via the service network, and thereafter transfers the packets again to the platform apparatus, and the platform apparatus transfers the packets to its destination user terminal, and the platform apparatus includes: a user profile for managing service network purpose user identifiers by each of users; a means 1 of specifying a sender or a destination user of packets received via a major transfer network and specifying the service network purpose user identifier to be imparted to the packets when the packets are transferred to the service network by searching the user profile; and a means 2 for imparting the service network purpose user identifier specified by the means 1 to the packets and transferring the resulting packets to the service network.
