PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive swivel connection device which can be also applied to a relatively small-sized member, has a simple structure, reduces the necessary number of parts, and can be reduced in part manufacturing and assembling costs. SOLUTION: The swivel connection device rotatably connects an angle specific function means and a fixing means with each other, and has a rotation shaft 4 at either side of them and a rotation plate 3 at the other side. The rotation shaft has a cylinder section 41, a retaining cap 42, an engaging projection 45 and a width opening urging groove 44. The rotation plate has an inserting through hole 31, and an engaging recess 32 installed in an inside wall of the inserting through hole.
