PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer garment excellent in bulky feeling and firm body feeling by a cellulose-based fiber, and more in detail, excellent in washing durability. SOLUTION: This outer garment is obtained by compounding the cellulose-based fiber having≥4% and≤50% stretch elongation rate (SB) after treated with boiling water, with a synthetic fiber.
