PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a roll-off ball, while simplifying a structure and suppressing the increase of a cost. SOLUTION: The subject game ball outgoing device constituted so that game balls are discharged one by one whenever N-times pulse voltages are applied on a pulse motor, is provided with: a recognition control means S30 for applying the L×N-K times of pulse voltage on the pulse motor when an L-ball outgoing operation for discharging the L game balls is performed; and a discrimination means S40 for discriminating whether or not the number of the actually discharged game balls reaches L after the performance of the recognition control means S30. When it is determined that the number does not reach L (S40;No), the rotary position of a sprocket 20 is regarded to be at an appropriate position, so as to terminate the L-ball outgoing operation by applying the remaining K times of pulse voltage on the pulse motor. When it is determined that the number reaches L (S40;Yes), the sprocket is regarded to be deviated from the appropriate position, terminating the L-ball outgoing operation without allowing the remaining K times of pulse voltage to be applied even one time.
