<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human power hydrofoil boat to enjoy with the on-the-water leisure sports assuring a light maneuvering feeling, by embodying the boat in a lightweight and simple structure through elimination of floats. <P>SOLUTION: The propulsive force of the boat is acquired by putting a front and a rear hydrofoil in vertical motions alternately. The operator is lifted onto the water by allowing the hydrofoils to generate a lift with the propulsive force. A steering wing is connected with a handle in order to control the advancing direction and the rolling to the left and right, while a front hydrofoil is connected with the handle in order to control the draft line and the pitching fore and aft, and it is arranged so that the operator can operate controlling the boat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
