<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a spout with tamper-proof function as secures stability in capping by lowering a band descending torque when capping and retains sanitary condition by making it easy to remove residual water due to cleaning of the spout, etc., with regard to the spout with tamper-proof function, which uses a screw cap with under-cut type tamper-evident band. <P>SOLUTION: With regard to a tamper-proof spout 1 consisting of a screw cap body 20 provided with a tamper-evident band 22 at an under-cut portion 20a and a mouth portion 10 provided with a neck ring 14 at its lower part, and having the tamper-evident band 22 being wound and fastened around the neck ring 14, a plurality of notches 14a are provided in the neck ring 14, the notches being perforated through the neck ring while having a helical form in approximately the same direction as a thread portion 12 of the mouth portion 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
