<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for cut broccoli and cut cauliflower capable of preventing cut ends (cut sections) of cut vegetables from being changed into brown or black, and maintaining its freshness. <P>SOLUTION: The package of cut broccoli and cut cauliflower has an the oxygen permeability rate and carbon dioxide permeability rate of a packaging bag used for the package of 100-900 cc/100 g day atm per 100g, and an oxygen concentration of≥0.05% and < 3%, and a carbon dioxide concentration in the package of≥10% and < 20%, respectively, within 48 hours after the vegetables are placed in the packaging bag and a mouth of the packaging bag is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
