摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange the centroids of addition results of R, G and B uniformly when three sheets of solid state image sensors having shifted pixels are used while performing pixel addition in a moving video mode. SOLUTION: In the three sheet system imaging device employing image sensors dedicated to R(red), G(green) and B(blue), image sensors for G are arranged while being shifted by (Ph/2) and (Pv/2), respectively, in the horizontal and vertical directions from the image sensors for R and B assuming the pixel arrangement intervals of the image sensors in the horizontal and vertical directions are Ph and Pv. When n bits (n is 2 or more) of the photoelectric conversion element in respective solid state image sensors are added in the horizontal direction, they are added such that the centroid of an output from the image sensor for R exists alternately in the horizontal and vertical directions of the centroid of an output from the image sensor for B.
