PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working means for stably maintaining a bending angle of a sheet-like material of a back light device equipped with a light reflector plate. SOLUTION: Restoring force by potential stress which the sheet-like material has is alleviated by intermittently giving notches in the flat sheet-like material, giving auxiliary notches 12b in parallel with a bending line between the notches of the light reflector plate which forms a stereoscopic form bent along the notches and at a position near the bending line 9 and further sticking tape on the back surface of the light reflector plate which does not contribute to light reflection.
