PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device hardly receiving an influence of environmental conditions for transmitting an electric wave stably. SOLUTION: In the transmission device, an audio signal given from outside is modulated in a prescribed modulation method, and the obtained modulation signal is transmitted. A modulation means for modulating the audio signal in the modulation method and a balancing conversion means for converting a modulation signal, which is generated in the modulation means, in unbalanced mode to a balanced mode are provided. In addition an antenna formed by using a leakage transmission line and having a prescribed length for radiating the modulation signal converted to the balanced mode is provided.
