PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform queuing simultaneous call requests per group to enable executing call connection processing with a replied call termination communication terminal by SIP procedures, and to provide a simultaneous call termination service to an IP telephone system employing the SIP. SOLUTION: A centrex gateway 104 discriminates the group of simultaneous call termination destinations on the basis of the telephone numbers of simultaneous termination destinations included in a simultaneous call termination request received from a caller side SIP telephone set, performs queuing by the group for which call information included in the simultaneous call termination request is discriminated, and simultaneously transmits call termination requests to a plurality of SIP telephone sets 106, 107 in the discriminated group. Also, when the gateway 104 receives specific information transmitted from a PHS terminal T1 having performed a call termination response operation from a gate keeper 103 by the call termination ringing of the SIP telephone sets 106, 107 having simultaneously transmitted the call termination requests, the gateway 104 executes call connection processing with the communication terminal of a caller destination on the basis of the call information of the corresponding group subjected to the queuing processing.
