PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electric equipment device to execute communication with a centralized control means without executing operation of a plurality of body switch groups and artificial operation. SOLUTION: The electric equipment device includes a body switch means 4 and a remote control means 6. The communication between the electric equipment device 1 and the centralized control means 7 can be realized by starting initial registration communication for establishing master-slave relation with a master communication means 8 mounted to the centralized control means 7, by making at least any one of the things among an operation signal from the remote control means, the operation to the body switch means, and power-on to the device as a trigger or corresponding to a state of an information table 101 of a slave communication means detected by the electric equipment device 1.
