PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid reliably scattering of a chemical over areas for which the scattering is undesirable, e.g. houses and fields for fertilizer-free culture, and permit easy and low-cost avoidance of undesirable scattering with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In configuring a chemical spraying mechanism 1 of a speed-sprayer M spraying a chemical D on a specified area A over the right-hand, left-hand and upward spraying directions, disposed are a shielding member 2 controlling spraying of the chemical D by shielding a partial area An(Ae) of the area A and a shifting means 3 positioning selectively the shielding member 2 at the service position Xs for shielding the partial area An(Ae) or the release position Xr releasing the shielding.
