PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional thermally insulated pan is not suitable for a user to easily take a meal while tasting it since a main inner pan is stored and held in a subordinate outer pan and the inner pan cannot be formed large with respect to the outer pan, which makes the outer pan be an obstacle in dishing up the meal on the inner pan and eating the meal. SOLUTION: The thermally insulated pan includes a lower pan where water is poured-in so as to be heated from an outer part on a cooking stove, etc., for boiling; and an upper pan where the meal is placed. The mouth of the lower pan matches the rear part of the upper pan. An inclination is formed in the lower pan to be in contact with water. The upper pan for holding floating-up by buoyancy by gravity is superimposed from an upper part. Accordingly, the meal is easily taken in the dished-up state of the meal boiled with soy source, etc., it does not get cold, it can tasted at ease.
