HAIR-DECOLORING AGENT COMPOSITION AND HAIR DYE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-decoloring agent composition and a hair dye composition capable of reducing irritating smell and imparting good lightness to the hair. SOLUTION: The hair-decoloring agent composition is prepared by mixing a first agent containing at least ammonia and alkanolamine with a second agent containing at least oxidizing agent when used. The hair-decoloring agent composition contains (A) a homopolymer of methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride and (B) at least one polymer selected from a homopolymer of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and a copolymer of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride with an acrylamide.
