PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle removing device for activating fibroblasts and improving their functions by non-coherent light irradiation, not by laser energy irradiation regarding the device for removing wrinkles by using an optical means. SOLUTION: This wrinkle removing device is constituted of a light irradiation means 1 provided with a plurality of LED (light emitting diode) elements for which there are one or more peak wavelengths and a peak wavelength range is in the range of 400 - 800nm, an infrared light irradiation means 2 of the wavelength≥800nm, and a means capable of performing setting such that a pulse width is 0.2 to 100ms, the number of times of pulse repetition is 5 to 500pps and an irradiation energy value is in the range from 0.05 to 1J/cm2 for the light irradiation means 1.
