<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device of high security that prevents someone other than its operator from peeking at information about transactions. <P>SOLUTION: During a transaction, a camera part 101 takes images of positions from which it is possible to view a transaction screen. A face detection part 111 implements a face-detection process to detect every face image among the images taken by the camera part 101.
