<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a panel laterally with respect to a device body by one operation and change the posture of an operating section and/or a display section having the panel from an upwardly facing posture to a laterally facing posture. <P>SOLUTION: The processing device has the panel 1 having the operating section and/or the display section supported movably with respect to the device body 2.
