<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive motor controller which enables accurate motor control even in case that an analog signal transmission distance is long. <P>SOLUTION: In the motor controller comprising a drive circuit which calculates a drive command to a motor from a motor's rotational position detection signal and a motor, the drive circuit 3 is equipped with a noise removal means 31 which receives the analog signal of a position detection means 2 synchronized with the rotation of the motor 1 and corrects the influence by noise or attenuation of this analog signal, and a phase correction means 32 which corrects the phase delay by the noise removal means 31, according to the rotational speed of the motor 1.
