<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute lead terminals as a surface mounting type allowable of a lead free reflow. <P>SOLUTION: In a housing 2 of a photo-reflector 1, a storage recessed section 2a is formed to store light receiving and emitting devices 3 which have openings to the top and the front and groove sections 2b are formed on the both side walls so that a wiring substrate 4 of the light receiving and emitting devices 3 is to be inserted. On a plurality of lead frames 9 portions of which are buried on the bottom section of the housing 2, contact point sections 9a having elasticity are upwardly projected from an opening section 3c formed on the bottom section and bar shaped sections 9b are projected from the front surface. A wiring pattern 4a is formed on the wiring substrate 4 and is arranged to the back surface through the wiring substrate 4 side surfaces from the light receiving and emitting elements which are installed on the wiring substrate 4 surface and sealed by sealing resin 7. When the devices 3 are stored in the housing 2, the wiring pattern 4a electrically contacts with the contact point sections 9a of the lead frames 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
