<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tire vulcanizer constituted so as to enhance productivity while reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: An upper mold 12 and a lower mold 14 are registered not only to form an outer peripheral surface side but also to form an inner peripheral surface side by a ring-shaped metal rigid core 16 to provide an annular space in both molds. The green tire T applied to the outer peripheral surface side of the rigid core 16 having an arcuate cross section is housed in the annular space and pressed under heating to be vulcanized and molded. A cylindrical duct 22 is fitted in and fixed to the hole part 14A of the lower mold 14 formed into a double structure having an inside passage 24 and an outside passage 26 coaxially. A blow fan 30 is arranged in the lower end part of the duct 22 and rotationally driven to allow the air in the duct 22 to flow to circulate the same while a heater 34 is arranged in the inside passage 24 forming the center side of the duct 22 in order to heat air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
