<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method for performing three-dimensional positioning of an optical spot in a three-dimensional optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: As the whole constitution, a guide region for guiding the fine optical spot for recording and reproducing at least information is provided on a two-dimensional plane and the three-dimensional optical disk is constituted by using a solid structural body 4 including the two-dimensional plane. Positioning in three-dimensional directions of the fine optical spot is performed using the guide region embedded in the three-dimensional optical disk and information is recorded and reproduced in the three-dimensional directions.
