<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computerized method to execute a heart analysis such as a real-time pace mapping, and the like, objectively and efficiently by the electrocardiograph signal processing to display the generated P wave without superimposing with the T wave which precedes in the premature atrial contraction (PAC). <P>SOLUTION: The method for generating the P wave signal from the PAC pulse to support a person to diagnose the heart includes (a) a step to select a QRS-T segment of a reference ECG signal, (b) a step to enable a user to mark a starting point and an ending point of the selected segment, (c) a step to prescribe a reference template as a wavelike segment between the marked starting point and the ending point, (d) a step to acquire the PAC pulse by a signal processing unit from two or more leads, and (e) a step to process the PAC pulse to generate the P wave signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
