<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure between flat cables wherein a branch flat cable is not peeled off from a trunk flat cable by tensile force acting on the branch flat cable. <P>SOLUTION: In this connecting structure between the flat cables wherein the trunk connecting side of the branch flat cable 4 formed by covering a conductor 5 with a coating part 6 is superimposed over a trunk flat cable 1 formed by covering a conductor 5 with a coating part 3, and both conductors 2, 5 crossing each other are electrically connect each other at the crossing position, the trunk connecting side of the branch flat cable 4 is bent, its inner periphery ends 8 at the bent position are superimposed so as to wrap the trunk flat cable 1 with the inner periphery ends abutting on the end parts 9 of the trunk flat cable 1, and the conductor 5 located at a bent part 4a which is closer to the tip side than the bent part of the branch flat cable 4 and the conductor 2 of the trunk flat cable 1 crossing it are connected through a solder part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
