PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detecting device of a shift fork of a twin clutch type manual transmission capable of being easily assembled, improving the vibration resistance and durability, and easily adjusting a clearance between a magnet and a magnetic sensor. SOLUTION: In an actuator 5 engaged with an outer peripheral groove 3 of a coupling sleeve 2 constituting a synchronous engagement mechanism of a twin clutch type manual transmission, and displacing the shift fork by being connected with the shift fork 1 for axially displacing the coupling sleeve 2, a magnet 7 is mounted on an operator 6 of the actuator 5, and a magnetic sensor 8 corresponding to the magnet 7 is mounted on a main body of the actuator.
