PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ad hoc network communication system which safely sends and receives data etc., between nodes. SOLUTION: Each node generates a list of nodes that the node itself can directly communicates witch and distributes the list to the node which is directly communicable. Lists are compared and a node c30 becomes a representative node. A node a10, a node b20, a node d40, and a node e50 transmits their node open keys and open key certificates certifying them to the node c30. The node c30 ciphers their node open keys and open key certificates certifying them with their node open keys and transmits ciphered results to the respective nodes.
