PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working performance of the installation work of a lamp cover on the fixture body and prevent damage to the lamp cover. SOLUTION: An upper support member 28 and a lower support member 29 of flat plate shape for supporting a shade 13 are respectively provided throughout the longitudinal direction of a straight tube fluorescent lamp 10 at the top plate 26 and the bottom plate 27 of the lighting fixture body 12. Further, an upper contact part 31 and a lower contact part 32 to be contacted to the upper support member 28 and the lower support member 29 are respectively provided in the longitudinal direction of the straight tube fluorescent lamp 10 at the shade 13.
