PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin sheets method manufacturing process and its device, which can manufacture a hollow body with at least one insert in a quick and very qualitative manner. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic pre-molded bodies 11 and 12 are put into a single, closable machine housing 22, separately and simultaneously molded into a molded body 12', then at least one insert 33 is inserted/fixed inside the molded body, and the molded body is pushed, joined and unified. The device 10 is equipped with two molding stations 14 and 15, and respectively corresponding molding means 31 and 30 and heating means 25 and 24. The inserted molded body 12' is migrated by a migration member 32 of the corresponding molding means 31 so that it contacts and joins with another molded body 11'. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
