PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to obtain information which is updated by broadcasting or communication during the stop of an engine of a mobile body such as a vehicle and during a state incapable of receiving broadcasting or communication, with the mobile body after the starting-up of the engine and after restoration from an un-receivable state. SOLUTION: A period during the stop of the engine of the mobile body 22 and the duration of the un-receivable state are monitored and notified from a communication device 30 to an information center after the startup of the engine together with mounted equipment ID. The information center receiving the notification extracts information updated in a during of the stop of the engine and in the duration of the un-receivable state, and transmits it to the communication device 30 of the mobile body 22. Consequently, the mobile body 22 can always hold the newest information of a broadcasting receiver 26, the communication device 30, and an information providing device 60.
