PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated aluminum material excellent in corrosion resistance, moldability and the adhesion with a metal particle-containing resin layer and also excellent in grounding properties and electromagnetic wave shielding properties. SOLUTION: The resin coated aluminum material A is constituted of a metal base material 1 comprising aluminum or an aluminum alloy, the anodic oxidation film 2 with a thickness of 10-300 nm, a void ratio of 3% or below and an anion content of 5% or below formed on the surface 1a of the metal base material 1 and the metal particle-containing resin layer 3 with a thickness of 10μm or below applied on the anodic oxidation film 2. The metal particle-containing resin layer 3 is formed of a mixture prepared by adding 0.1-15 mass% of metal particles 3b and 0.1-10 mass% of a surfactant to a main component resin 3a comprising at least one of a polyester resin, an epoxy resin, an alkyd resin, an acrylic resin and a urethane resin.
