PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker with good assemblability and easy to disassemble. SOLUTION: In this circuit breaker provided with a fixed contact, a movable contact, a link mechanism 13 connected with the movable contact, and a handle 12 operating the link mechanism 13, and wherein the movable contact moves to and from the fixed contact when the handle 12 is turned, a switching mechanism part 3 formed with the link mechanism 13, the handle 12, and two disengageable frames 11 clamping the link mechanism 13 and the handle 12 from both sides so that they turn is separably fixed to a case in a status being engaged with a positioning means 1a arranged in the case.
