PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, an information distribution server apparatus and a mobile terminal device, which can display distribution information in more real time and acquire detailed information on the distribution information through easy operations. SOLUTION: An information distribution server apparatus 100 stores telop data to which distribution information and link information for acquisition addresses to detailed information on the distribution information are associated, and transmits the telop data to a mobile terminal device 300. The mobile terminal device 300, which is a receiver of the telop data, displays distribution information included in the telop data, and is access-controlled based on link information corresponding to specified distribution information if the displayed distribution information is specified through an operation part (a specifying means).
