PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of adjusting the hue and saturation of an RGB input signal. SOLUTION: Provided are a converting means of converting the RGB signal to a hue and saturation, an adjusting means of adjusting the hue and saturation after the conversion to desired value, and an inverse conversion means of inversely converting the hue and saturation after the adjustment to an RGB signal.
